OUR MISSION

The Parker Law Firm was founded in 1996 in Norcross, Georgia. Our mission is to provide quality legal services to individuals and businesses in a timely manner at moderate rates. We promote understanding and respect among our clients, adversaries and the general public through advocacy, alternative dispute resolution and education.

OUR BUSINESS

Our law firm is small enough to provide personalize service to every client yet large enough to serve the diverse needs of our clients.

We believe that by returning client calls within 24 hours, by listening intently to our clients, and by educating our clients on the legal process, that we ensure every client feels like their legal matter is the most important legal matter before us and not just simply another case for our firm.

Although we zealously advocate on behalf of each client, we are also conscious that some clients may not desire to go through the mental angst of a trial if there are alternatives available. 

Our employees are trained in the mediation process and we utilize our skills in the alternative dispute resolution area to educate our clients on alternatives to litigation. We believe when a client has options, it empowers the client to be more involved in the direction their case takes and allows the client to navigate the results of their case rather than leaving the decision squarely in the hands of the courts.

It is our goal to ensure that our clients needs are met from the initial consultation to completion of their matter.

OUR TEAM

SABRINA A. PARKER

Partner 

Sabrina A. Parker founded The Parker Law Firm in Norcross, GA in 1996. She is a native of Southwest Missouri and holds a B.S. degree in Sociology and a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Missouri Southern State University.

Ms. Parker attended John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, GA where she obtained her Juris Doctorate degree in 1995.  

In 2004, Ms. Parker became a registered Neutral with the Supreme Court of Georgia in the General Mediation area.

Ms. Parker has served the citizens of Georgia in the areas of Family Law, Personal Injury, Bankruptcy, Collections, Immigration, Probate and Landlord/Tenant matters.

In addition to her private practice, Ms. Parker devoted her time as a part-time staff attorney for Atlanta Legal Aid Society from 1999-2006 where she worked with low-income clients in the Senior Legal Hotline division and the Family Law division. During her tenure at ALAS, she assisted over 5,000 low-income clients providing legal advice, brief services, self-help materials and assistance in filling out legal documents.

Ms. Parker has always had a passion for advocating on behalf of those who are unable to represent themselves effectively in the legal system and she remains committed to helping those in need.

STEPHANIE P. GRAHAM

Attorney

Stephanie P. Graham is a native of Bronx, New York. Ms. Graham holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from the City University of New York. She attended Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, PA where she was honored for various moot court achievements and obtained her Juris Doctorate in 1997.

From 1998-2001, Stephanie was employed by the Bronx County District Attorneys Office where she prosecuted  hundreds of misdemeanor and felony drug possession cases, assaults and DUI matters. In 2001, Stephanie began her career as a civil litigation attorney in a top 25 Long Island, NY litigation firm where she represented both individuals and corporations in business disputes, fraud and misreprsentation, defective construction and anti-trust litigation.

In 2004, Ms. Graham relocated to Georgia with her daughter to continue serving clients in the areas of civil litigation, wills and trusts.

Ms. Graham is licensed in NY, NJ and GA.

Ms. Graham is active with the Sandy Springs Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association and the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation.

TESS Y. DUMAS, MHRM

Office Manager

Tess Y. Dumas is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. Ms. Dumas received her B.S. degree in Business Administration from DeVry University in 2004 and in 2008 she obtained a M.S. in Human Resources Management with a focus in Organization Development from Keller Graduate School of Management.

In 2007, Ms. Dumas received certification in Conflict Management from the Association of Conflict Resolution (ACR), in Atlanta, GA.

Ms. Dumas has over 10 years experience in management and she is responsible for supervising personnel, structuring the office rules and procedures, ensuring that the computer systems operate cohesively, maintaining the filing system, and ensuring that our clients are completely satisfied with our services.

In addition to managing the office, Ms. Dumas also directly assists Attorney Parker in the areas of Family Law, Bankruptcy, Debt Collection Defense, Tax Audits and Traffic offenses.
